DRUGS & ALCOHOL SERVICES

Drug and alcohol abuse affects individuals of every age and we recognize the advantage that awareness and education can have in the prevention of unhealthy behavior.


DRUG AND ALCOHOL INTERVENTION

AWARENESS PROGRAM
Teen or Young Adult
This program is available for high school students or college-aged students who may benefit from five sessions of drug and alcohol education. Parents who have concerns about their youth and drug use may also take advantage of this program. The goal of this program is to increase knowledge about effects of substances in the body while discussing decision making skills. This program is education-based. Day and evening appointments are available.
Fee: $80.00 per session
Requirements: If under the age of eighteen or still in high school, a parent or guardian must attend the first session

Adults
This program is available for adults who are questioning their own use, abuse or addiction or want to discuss a concern for a family member. The goal of this program is to increase knowledge of the effects of substances, increase self-awareness, educate about different treatment options for self or loved ones. Recommendations or referrals may be given at end of program. Five individual or family sessions, 50 minutes in length. Day and evening appointments are available.
Fee: $80.00 per session
Requirements: One support group meeting (AA, NA, Alanon)


DUI OR OTHER DRUG/ALCOHOL INCIDENT – legally related  
DUI related mandated Short-term/Intervention counseling - This program is designed to discourage further high risk behaviors through addressing positive coping skills, how abusing substances has negatively impacted lives, and education regarding harmful effects, in hopes to reduce recidivism. Five individual sessions, 50 minutes in length. Day and evening appointments are available. This program also addresses other Drug/Alcohol incidences or concerns that may not be DUI related.
Fee: $80.00 per session
Requirements: One support group meeting is required (i.e., AA, NA)


OUTPATIENT TREATMENT
Substance abuse or addiction is addressed in the context of the client's total functioning areas: family, employment, medical, social, legal and individual. Treatment will address client's desire for sobriety and relapse potential. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, Treatment is on-going and based on individualized treatment plan developed by therapist and client. Day appointments are available.
Fee: $125.00 per session
Requirements: Group meetings are required (i.e., AA, NA)


DRUG AND ALCOHOL ASSESSMENT
A comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment may be granted for those who need to complete the requirements of a CRN Evaluation. Assessment results are completed within 4-7 days after assessment session. This assessment may last up to 1.5 hours. Day and evening appointments are available.
Fee: $80.00
Requirements: A copy of CRN evaluation and a phone number of someone who can be utilized for a collateral interview.


DRUG AND ALCOHOL EVALUATION
A comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluation for individuals who are court mandated, referred by lawyer, referred by employer or self. A urinalysis D/A test may be recommended. This includes a 2-3 page written report with recommendations. This evaluation may last up to 1.5 hours. Evaluation reports are completed within 10-14 days of evaluation session. Day appointments are available.
Fee: $175.00
Requirements: A copy of CRN evaluation if applicable, a phone number of someone who can be utilized for a collateral interview, urinalysis by 3rd party if necessary
